Wanted to add a few more things here. This is just from my personal experience. May differ person to person and how the booker feels. This might get quite long but I want to share this with my fellow mongers.
1) Contacting bookers
Cool313 graciously posted a good number of sites, and they all contain phone numbers. I won't tell you exactly what to write but be mindful of what you write. I've gotten no answers or almost blacklisted just cause they thought I was a cop. But if they respond, their first question is usually asking for your name, age, and race.
There are some korg that do not have websites or bookers that will strictly use humaniplex for first contact or screening. Fortunately, almost all bookers have an account. So if you got in through a text, ask them to rate you on humaniplex so you can get into the ones only using humaniplex. As some korgs will not respond until you reach a certain level. And some even hide pictures of the girls until you are approved.
2) Screening
For people that are adverse to providing their personal information, it will be quite a challenge. Some bookers are very lax with the screening and others can be quite invasive.
The easiest screening, still cumbersome, was a picture of yourself with the driver license. You can edit out all the private details except for your name and birthday. After providing the picture, I was able to book a girl. However, upon getting to the apartment and getting buzzed in, the booker wanted another selfie with the view of elevator in the background to confirm your original picture is who you said you are. After that, they provided the unit number.
The most intense one, on top of the driver license, they wanted a picture of my paystub. I've also heard cases where they ask for utility bills.
After you get your foot in the door with 2-3 agencies, you can just mention the agencies you've used and they will call them up to verify. I would recommend asking your booker for permission for reference. Seems there's bad blood between some bookers. When I asked, they would say depends who. So I would mention the site and they would give the green light or not. It also seems like most bookers know each other by name. I said I want to try site-b and they would say "oh, I will let Bob know", or "let Kim contact me." Lastly, some bookers require up to 3 references. Most were okay with 1, but in the beginning I've had to get another korg under my belt in order to be allowed into some korgs.
3) Booking a girl
Generally you look at the site and ask for the girl by name and desired time. Unfortunately some girls are quite popular and booking them at your desired time may be impossible. Be ready to be flexible in those scenarios and ask if they are free anytime today. Or the booker will just tell you her next availability from your desired time. But there are cases where they will not let you see the desired girl until you sample some of their b-team (those not as popular). I would like to think its to gauge what type of client you are. Even if you got in the door through references. Once you become a regular they will often allow you to prebook a day in advance. Less popular girls, can be booked a few days in advanced. It's first come first served for those that want to be the first one of the day but in reality I believe the bookers also have preference for their longtime loyal clients.
4) The girls
As stated before, some girls rotate around the cities when they start getting less busy. I've seen girls rotate between LV, LA, and San Jose. They would stay for a couple of weeks and then go to the next city. It's a tactic they use when they have regulars in multiple cities. Disappear for a bit and all will come at once and keep them busy for a few days when they come back. However, there are some that leave and come back with a different name and pictures. Most of these girls were unimpressive and gotten bad reviews. They would drum up some fast business for a day or two but word gets out and they are gone again.
The pictures on the sites are always photoshopped and may even be pictures of them 10+ years ago. So do not expect to see the same person as the pictures. Very rarely, do they look like the picture but most of the time they are less attractive. Not ugly but don't keep your expectations high because of the pictures. Some girls choose to use models that "best" represents them. These are usually the worst offenders but once again there are a few gems out there that do the pictures justice.
The stats... I would like to say the height and cup sizes are generally in the ballpark. But age and weight is a whole different game. The weight can roughly, give or take, be off by 0-30lbs. I've seen girls that were less than advertised to whales with multiple folds on their stomach.
Age, they say is in the eye of the beholder. I've seen reviews of the same girl ranging from 20s to as high as 50s. But a general rule of thumb is anyone listed 20-21 is in their 20s. 22 can be anywhere from mid 20s to mid 30s. 23 is from late 20s to late 30s. 24 is 30s and more. Anything above that is usually 40s and up. But because of plastic surgery and the extremely dim rooms with red light, they may look younger than their real age. The truly young girls tend to keep the room much brighter and often with soft white light.
