Outstanding service. Plenty of accurate information about time of arrival and identification of the tech. Alex was knowledgeable and thorough. He made an adjustment that got the door working again. He did not try to sell me anything, but asked if there was anything else he could do. He showed me how to properly lubricate the door, and when asked, rapidly changed the rollers from steel to nylon to reduce noise. Straight shooters.
